Critical Assembly Steps

• Turntable Installation: This is the most common point of error. The mounting plate has two sides; ensure the side with the large hole is facing and touching the ground.
• Hole Alignment: You must line up specific holes on the bottom piece with the metal spinning chassis. If holes do not seem to align initially, wait until you add the "additional piece" mentioned in the manual, which brings everything into alignment.
• Configurability: Depending on your model, you can choose to assemble it into a 1-tier, 3-tier, or 5-tier shelf.
