Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by logging into your account or by contacting us at contact@flycitymall.com.
If an order has already been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to intercept or stop the shipment; however, we cannot guarantee successful interception. In such cases, customers must follow the return process after delivery.
If the order has been delivered, the customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to one of our designated U.S. warehouse addresses below:

Returned items must comply with our Return Policy, including condition and packaging requirements, in order to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customerβs bank or payment provider.
Pre-sale Items
For pre-sale items, orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once the order has been canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
