For transport, we recommend using a ramp or vehicle lift — no heavy lifting needed.

1. How far can I travel on a full charge?

On a full charge, I can travel up to 20 miles (about 32 kilometers). I know that factors such as terrain and weight can affect the actual range, but this is usually enough for my daily commutes or short trips.

2. Is it easy to store and carry?

Yes, it folds in just three steps and fits in the trunk of most cars, making it convenient for travel or storage.

3. Will it be too heavy for me to lift?

This scooter weighs approximately 85 pounds (about 38.5 kg), so I might need someone's help when carrying or transporting it. However, I purchased a vehicle lift, so it's easy to lift.

4. Does the battery come out to make it easier to load?

I reached out to Flycity, and they advised that while the battery can indeed be removed and replaced if necessary, it was not originally designed for quick or frequent removal. Given that the removal process is relatively complex, regular disassembly is generally not recommended.

5. Is it comfortable to sit on for long periods?

The high-density foam seat provides excellent support, and the 360° rotating seat makes getting on and off easy. The adjustable handlebars also help me find a comfortable riding position.

6. Is it convenient to carry on an airplane?

This scooter is not currently allowed on airplanes, but they told me that their upcoming new scooter will be allowed, and I'm really looking forward to taking it on my trips.
