📦 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 2–10 business days
    (Pre-sale items may take longer depending on arrival time)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days

Pre-sale Products:
Orders will be shipped as soon as the items are back in stock, usually within one month. If you need to cancel your order, you can log in to your account and cancel it at any time. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Electric mobility scooters require a $30 shipping fee for premium delivery.

In this part, we ask you for about 48 hours for quality control and to arrange suitable shipping. After the package is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping information.Handling time (days):1-2 Business Days

We usually use DHL UPS and FedEx USPS as couriers. The shipping methods vary depending on the shipping method/warehouse.

Where does flycity ship to?

We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US

(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

 

Please note the following:

Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available.

Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, the chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

 

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out flycity products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route,but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

 

Notes:

If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. flycity will not replace the order or issue a refund.

  1. Working days: Working days refer to Monday - Friday (except on holidays and weekends).
  2. The time we write is the estimated general delivery time.
  3. Please note that some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Additionally, any pre-sale items listed on our website may experience a delay in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
