We gifted the 5 tier Flycity bookcase to our daughter for her first apt. She just moved in and the circular book stand with gold accents is absolutely perfect to hold a lot of books, in a stylish and creative way. She loves it!
I'm really pleased with these five tier selves. Got them promptly, and the assembly was manageable. I'm impressed with how many books they will gobble up. I think they are more practical than a regular horizontal bookcase.
My daughter absolutely loved her new rotating bookshelf. She only put up three levels and kept the other level for when she moves out.!! It looks good with just the three levels in that corner.

The bookcase arrived well packaged in a light (to lift) box. The bags of assembly parts were daunting at first but the process is straightforward and the same for each tier (except the top). Overall, the assembly went smoothly and took about an hour or so. The gold option matches my brass bed perfectly in the room I have it in. Now, to add my many books next! Am very pleased with this bookcase!
This is our fourth fly city bookshelf. These selves can hold a lot of books and take up minimal space. The shelf is definitely a focal point of the room.

I am very pleased with this item. I had been looking for a revolving bookshelf that was reasonably priced. When I saw this one that was recommended on Jen’s Reading corner I immediately went to the site and ordered it. The item was easily assembled once I got the first shelf together on the revolving base. It fits my needs perfectly!
This bookcase came in like 100 pieces but I (a woman) put it together in about 45 minutes.

Love the shelf, the only feedback would be better directions, it's pictures only so I didn't realize until the last shelf that I had the long posts in the wrong holes. The build of the shelf operates the same so I didn't notice, until the holes in the top shelf didn't line up and had to pull every layer apart to fix.
Overall, love the shelf and its purpose, just a few added details on the instructions would be helpful.
The 6-tier white shelf looks elegant and perfect for my needs. Quite easy to assemble -- but note that the bottom shelf must be identified correctly before building!
I put it together, time to put the top on. Realized I misread the directions(picture+words would have been clearer)

How the heck do you attach the rotating metal disc? The holes don't line up ？
Please note that there are two mounting plates. The side with the big hole is the one that touches the ground. Do not install the stainless steel chassis in the wrong direction.
How’s the quality of this bookshelf?
I honestly went into this a bit wary since it didn’t have too many reviews, but I have to say that I really love it. It took closer to an hour or so to put together, it despite a few worries about stripping the smaller holes for the nails, it’s very sturdy and turns reliably. I got the tallest option and it really is a great height and has a pretty good holding capacity. More than happy with it so far, though it’s only been a day. It seems like it’ll last and really ties my living room together.
How to install it?
Easy to assemble, just separate all the pieces and take your time. A few mentions (and see pics!): I thought that some of the holes weren’t lining up with the pieces but, when you add the additional piece (which you will figure out when you’re putting it together), they fit perfectly, so don’t panic. The other piece that was tricky was the bottom piece where you attach the metal part that helps to spin the bookcase. No where in the instructions did it indicate that you had to line up certain holes with the metal piece in order to install them correctly.
Is it only used for holding books?
I needed somewhere to store my perfumes, lotions and body spray etc., was going to go with a regular bookshelf but thought a rotating one would be better AND IT IS! I love it. It was a lot to put together but the instructions and the process was easy so it was cool. Would recommend, it’s nice and sturdy and seems to rotate just fine so far!
Is it space saving?
My daughter has a lot of books. I mean, a lot. We are a book hoarding family. They hold lots and lots and lots. Doesn’t hold tall books. Really good for I would say 75% of book sizes. Not good for children’s picture books or coffee table books or specialty books. Excellent for most fiction and non fiction sizes. A cute as can be. Like having your own library. Easy to assemble.
